Woo (ウー, Ū?) is a strange supernatural kaiju that appears in Ultraman Neos: The Series.

A couple months later when Margodon was rampaging and freezing the entire place with snow, it had endangered Ultraman Neos. With as little of what was left in him, for the one he trust Woo returned in the form of Phantom Woo (ファントムウー, Fantomuū?) a white ghost-like figure of the Woo monster. Phantom Woo grappled onto Margodon and allowed Ultraman Neos to used the same technique to turn the monster back into an mammoth and sending him to another dimension. With Margodon gone, Woo's spirit was finally put to rest.

- Woo's roar is King Kong's at a lower pitch.
- Woo's roar would later be used for Tough Gillan in the series.
- Woo is based upon the Yuki-Onna Yokai of Japanese folklore. Her overall design resembles the yeti.
- Woo's role in the episode was to pay homage to episode 30 of Ultraman, except changed definitely.
